These terms govern the Edge "Earn Free Edge" promotion (the "Promotion"). By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not participate.
1. EligibilityThe Promotion is open to Edge members and non-members aged 18 or over with an active, public Instagram account and an active, public TikTok account.
2. How to participateTo enter the Promotion, you must:Post a video reel about Edge on both Instagram and TikTok. Both platforms are required — posting on only one will not qualify.Tag @findyouredgeapp on both posts.Show the Edge app in use within the video and verbally or visually feature at least one Edge feature.The account the video is posted on must be set to public for the duration of the qualifying period and reward review.Include a clear advertising disclosure in the post caption #ad in line with the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and CAP Code requirements for incentivised content. Posts without this disclosure will not qualify.Submit your posts to Edge for verification at support@findyouredge.app with links to both videos.
3. Reward tiersRewards are based on the higher of the two view counts achieved across your Instagram and TikTok posts, measured 30 days after the date of posting:Views (on the higher-performing post)Reward10,000+One month of Edge free20,000+Two month of Edge free50,000+Three months of Edge free250,000+Lifetime Edge membershipOnly the highest tier achieved will be awarded, rewards are not cumulative across tiers.
4. View count measurementView counts are measured as displayed publicly by Instagram and TikTok on the 30th day after posting.Views accrued after the 30-day measurement window do not count.Edge will verify view counts directly via the public post. Posts that have been deleted, made private, or had the required tag or disclosure removed before verification will not qualify.Only organic views count. Views generated through paid promotion (Instagram boosts, TikTok Promote, paid bot services, view exchanges, or any artificial means) do not qualify.
5. Content requirementsTo qualify, your post must:Genuinely feature the Edge app in useRefer to at least one specific Edge featureNot contain offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or unlawful contentNot disparage Edge, its members, or any third partyNot infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rightsComply with Instagram and TikTok's community guidelines and terms of serviceEdge reserves the right to disqualify any submission that does not meet these requirements, at its sole discretion.
6. Disclosure (important)UK advertising rules require you to disclose that your post is part of an incentivised promotion. You must include #ad or #advertising prominently in the caption of both posts. This is your legal responsibility as the creator. You may also face enforcement action from the ASA if you do not.
7. Content licenceBy participating, you grant Edge a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, repost, edit, and distribute your submitted posts (in whole or in part) across Edge's own marketing channels — including but not limited to social media, website, email, paid advertising, and internal materials.You confirm that:You own or have the right to grant this licence to all content in your post (including music, footage, and any persons featured)You have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals appearing in the postYour participation does not breach any agreement with any other partyYou retain ownership of your content. This licence does not transfer ownership to Edge.
8. Maintaining the postYou agree to keep both qualifying posts live, public, and with the required tags and disclosure in place for a minimum of 90 days from the date of posting. If a post is removed, made private, or modified to remove the required tags or disclosure before this period ends, Edge may revoke any reward granted.9. Claiming your rewardSubmit your posts to Edge for verification at support@findyouredge.app with links to both videos.One submission per person across the duration of the Promotion.Rewards must be claimed within 14 days of being notified by Edge.Discount and free-month rewards will be applied to your Edge account and are not transferable.Lifetime membership is applied to a single nominated Edge account and is not transferable.
10. Lifetime membership — definition"Lifetime" means for as long as Edge continues to operate the Edge service in substantially its current form, subject to the following:The lifetime reward applies to standard Edge membership only. It does not extend to any future premium tiers, add-on services, physical products, or third-party services offered through Edge.Lifetime membership is tied to the nominated account and is non-transferable, with no cash value.Edge reserves the right to terminate lifetime membership in cases of breach of Edge's Terms of Service, fraud, or abusive behaviour.If Edge ceases to operate or is acquired and the service is materially changed or discontinued, lifetime membership will end at that point with no further obligation from Edge.
11. Existing Edge membersIf you already hold an active paid Edge subscription:Free-month rewards will be added to the end of your current billing period (no refund for partial months already paid).Lifetime membership will replace your existing subscription on the next billing date, and any unused portion of your current paid period will be honoured.
12. Fair use and fraudEdge reserves the right to disqualify entries and revoke rewards (including after they have been granted) where there is reasonable evidence of:Paid, botted, exchanged, or otherwise artificially inflated viewsMultiple accounts used by the same person to enterCoordinated inauthentic behaviourMisrepresentation of the Edge app or its featuresAny other behaviour intended to abuse the Promotion
13. Platform disclaimerThis Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram) or TikTok Ltd. By participating, you release Instagram and TikTok from any and all liability arising from the Promotion.14. TaxYou are responsible for any tax liability arising from rewards received under this Promotion. Edge recommends you seek independent advice if you are uncertain about your tax position, particularly in relation to the lifetime membership reward.
15. Changes to the PromotionEdge reserves the right to amend these terms, modify the rewards, or withdraw the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Participants who have already qualified at the point of any change will not be retrospectively affected.
16. DataInformation collected during the Promotion is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at edge.com/privacy.17. Governing lawThese terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
