Edge Refer A Friend Programme – Terms & Conditions
‍The host of this promotion is EDGE HYBRID LTD (company number 15469624) which is a company registered in England and has its registered office at 53b St. John's Road, London, England, SW11 1QW (“Edge”).This referral programme (the “Programme”) allows any Eligible Edge User who successfully refers a Friend to Edge to receive an Edge Reward (each instance of this being a “Referral”).

1. Definitions
Eligible Edge User: An individual aged 18 or over who holds an active Edge subscription (free trial or paid) and has access to a unique referral code provided by Edge.

‍Referral Code: The unique, shareable code assigned to each Eligible Edge User to share with others.

‍Friend: A new user aged 18 or over who has never previously held a paid subscription to Edge.

‍Successful Referral: Occurs when a Friend uses an Eligible Edge User’s Referral Code during sign-up and subsequently becomes a paying Edge subscriber after completing the 14-day free trial.

‍Edge Rewards: Refers to any product or merchandise offered by Edge and is subject to change.

‍2. Conditions of Participation

‍Rewards are subject to achieving key milestones. The 1st Successful Referral, the referring Eligible Edge User will receive an Edge reward. Upon the 5th and 10th successful Referrals milestones the Eligible Edge User will unlock their next Edge Rewards.After 10 Successful Referrals the Eligible Edge User will no longer be eligible for any further Edge Rewards.Milestones are subject to change and Edge reserves the rights to cancel this Refer A Friend Programme at any time.Orders will not be shipped outside of the UK.

Edge Rewards cannot be returned, exchanged for different sizes, refunded, or transferred for cash or other products or services.Rewards delivery time is subject to Edge Reward item availability & stock levels and delivery capabilities in the recipient’s region.If Edge is unable to fulfil a delivery to a particular region, no alternative compensation will be provided.Edge reserves the right to decline or revoke providing an Edge Reward in cases of fraud, abuse of the Programme, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.This Programme cannot be combined with other referral or promotional schemes unless explicitly stated.Referrals cannot be made retrospectively or applied to existing users.

‍3. Limitations of Liability

‍Edge shall not be liable for:Delays, losses, or damages related to the delivery of Edge Apparel due to third-party courier services or events outside Edge’s reasonable control.Any defects in an Edge Reward or Apparel.Technical issues that affect the use of the Referral Code or access to the Edge app.Errors in the redemption process or issues related to third-party integrations (e.g., payment platforms, device compatibility, network connectivity).
Any misuse, miscommunication, or unauthorised distribution of Referral Codes by users.Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or fraud.To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edge disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of opportunity, revenue, or use of the Platform resulting from participation in this Programme.

‍4. General Terms

‍Edge reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Programme at any time without prior notice.By participating, users confirm they understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions.Personal data collected during the Programme will be used in accordance with Edge’s Privacy Policy - https://www.findyouredge.app/documentation/privacy-policy

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
