Waitlist Leaderboard Terms

1. The promoter

The promoter is Edge Hybrid Ltd (company number 15469624), a company registered in England with its registered office at The Gatehouse, Office 106, 1 Armoury Way, London SW18 1TH ("Edge", "we", "us").

2. The promotion

The Edge Waitlist Leaderboard (the "Leaderboard") rewards the 5 people who refer the most new people to the Edge waitlist at findyouredge.app/waitlist.

The Leaderboard is separate from the Edge Refer a Friend Programme and from Edge Rewards. Edge Rewards points have no cash value.

3. Who can enter

3.1The Leaderboard is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who have joined the Edge waitlist with their own email address ("Entrants").

3.2Employees, directors, shareholders and contractors of Edge, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Leaderboard cannot win.

3.3We may ask any Entrant for proof of age, identity and UK residency. If they can't provide it, they can't win.

4. How to enter

4.1Entry is free and no purchase is needed.

4.2Everyone on the waitlist has a personal referral link. Sharing that link with friends is how you take part.

5. Dates

5.1The Leaderboard closes at 23:59 UK time on Saturday 31 October 2026 (the "Closing Date"). That is midnight at the end of 31 October.

5.2Every valid referral made since the waitlist opened and up to the Closing Date counts.

5.3Referrals made after the Closing Date don't count.

6. What counts as a valid referral

6.1A referral is valid when a person:

• joins the Edge waitlist through the Entrant's personal referral link;
• is a real individual using a genuine email address that belongs to them;
• has not joined the waitlist before, with that or any other email address; and
• confirms their email address, if we ask them to.

6.2These do not count:

• referring yourself, including with other email addresses you control;
• disposable, temporary or made-up email addresses;
• sign-ups created by bots, scripts or any automated method;
• sign-ups that someone was paid or given an incentive to make by the Entrant; and
• sign-ups that come from spam, such as bulk unsolicited messages, or from paid advertising using the referral link.

6.3Entrants must share their link responsibly, follow the rules of any platform they post on, and not misrepresent Edge.

7. How winners are decided

7.1Our waitlist system records referrals for each Entrant.

7.2After the Closing Date, we will check the referrals of the highest-placed Entrants. We may remove any referral that isn't valid under section 6, and rankings will be recalculated.

7.3The 5 eligible Entrants with the highest number of valid referrals win.

7.4If two or more Entrants have the same number of valid referrals, the Entrant who reached that number first ranks higher.

7.5Our decision on whether a referral is valid, and on the winners, is final. We will make it fairly and in line with these terms.

8. The prize

8.1There are 5 prizes. Each winner gets £100.

8.2Prizes are paid in pounds sterling by bank transfer to a UK bank account in the winner's name. There is no alternative prize.

8.3Prizes cannot be transferred to another person.

8.4Each person can win one prize only.

9. Telling winners and paying out

9.1We will announce the Leaderboard results in the week beginning Monday 2 November 2026 and email winners at the address they used to join the waitlist by Friday 6 November 2026.

9.2Winners must reply within 14 days with the details we need to pay them. If a winner doesn't reply in time, or isn't eligible, the prize goes to the next eligible Entrant on the Leaderboard.

9.3We will pay each prize within 30 days of receiving the winner's details.

9.4We will only contact winners by email from an @findyouredge.app address. We will never ask for bank details through social media messages or through a link to a form on another website.

10. Publicity

10.1With the winner's permission, we may share their first name and the first letter of their surname on our channels.

10.2The first name and county of each winner will be available on request for 3 months after the Closing Date by contacting support@findyouredge.app.

11. Disqualification

We may disqualify an Entrant, or remove referrals, where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, cheating, misuse of the Leaderboard, or a breach of these terms.

12. Changes

If something outside our reasonable control means the Leaderboard can't run as planned, we may change, suspend or end it. We will tell Entrants by email or on our website and will try to make sure nobody is unfairly disadvantaged.

13. Your data

We use Entrants' personal data to run the Leaderboard, including checking referrals, contacting winners and paying prizes, in line with our Privacy Policy at findyouredge.app/documentation/privacy-policy. Referral links and counts are managed by a third-party referral tool on our behalf.

14. Liability

14.1We are not responsible for technical problems that stop a referral being recorded, as long as we have taken reasonable care.

14.2Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

15. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
